    PUBLICITY RIGHTS RELEASE

    In consideration of the opportunity to appear in the Materials, I, the undersigned hereby grant to WBIE and their respective agents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns (collectively, “Publisher”) the worldwide, perpetual right (but not the obligation), to incorporate my name, likeness and voice (as applicable) as captured or recorded by or for Publisher (the “Publicity Rights”) in the Materials. Publisher may, at its option, incorporate the Publicity Rights in connection with any and all Materials developed by or for Publisher, including in any marketing, advertising or promotional materials, news or entertainment releases, and any other method of publicity regarding Publisher and/or Publisher’s products, alone and/or coupled with other materials. The Materials may be exhibited, reproduced, and otherwise exploited by Publisher by any and all methods and means, whether now known or hereafter devised, in any and all media, throughout the world without limitation. Publisher may edit and alter the Materials containing the Publicity Rights at Publisher’s sole discretion. Any copyright and trademarks in the Materials (including extensions and renewals) shall be exclusively Publisher’s property. I understand that I will not be entitled to any additional consideration of any kind whatsoever in connection with Publisher’s use of the Publicity Rights granted hereunder and acknowledge that the opportunity to participate in the project constitutes full and sufficient consideration in exchange for the rights I have granted Publisher herein. I expressly release Publisher from any and all claims, demands, liabilities by reason of Publisher’s use of the Publicity Rights and the Materials containing any of the Publicity Rights. I warrant that I am fully authorized to grant the rights granted in this Agreement without infringing the rights of any third party. I understand that Publisher will rely on the contents of this Agreement in developing its products.
