no mounted cross-bows in legendary dif?

is it just my character or is nobody able to use the mounted crossbows? ive only had this problem on legendary difficulty

That is a bug that seems to be effecting people at different times on different difficulties. It is not just something that occurs on Legendary difficulty, as far as I know, and is just part of the many bugs that Snowblind is rigorously working to fix in its next patch. Sorry, my friend! I've taken this bug on as a bit of Dark Souls-ish challenge. Trying to finish Fornost without turrets on Legendary has actually been sort of fun. Total chaos.
