For an RPG the appearance customization is a complete joke, only 5 preset face options and around the same amount of hair/beard and colour options for each character, come on now Snowblind, come on....

You can't fight him sadly, I did the nice approach, the flattery approach, and the being a dick approach, eventually your NPC team mate steps in and talks Urgost out of a fight :(
