Forgot my PSN billing password

Ok i need to update my credit card information so i can purchase stuff again on the Playstation Store. Unfortunately i don't remember my password. There's no "forgot my password, so e-mail it to me" option. Where do i go to retrieve my password?

Mate ı searched for your problem.Some say call Sony's support line(1-800-345-7669) and from another resource suggest calling Playstation Customer Service Number(UK: 08705 99 88 77 if you are from UK this number should do)

you might want to look at them maybe you will see something that ı missed and if ı find something else ı will post it

and mate some say changing it from this link(from sing in section it shows the forgot password option) http://us.playstation.com/ps3/systems/ but server is down for maintance right now you might want to try it once the maintance finished ı will let you know if ı find something else(this one seems to be the most useful solution ı suggest try it first,btw servers still down because of maintance)

Did you reset your password after the hacks? Its mandatory but not entirely user friendly.

If you did, then you should be able to confirm certain details from the "log in" section, or simply call your local Sony support and they can get the process started for you

I can sign into psn just fine. The problem is I can't purchase anything from the store because the credit cars I have on file expired. Anyway thanks for thee replies. I'll just try calling sony.

I played the new one FF 13 on Xbox...or are you referring to the old ones? I saw on PSN you can download 7, 8 and 9 in HD on PS. How sick is that, I love 7 and 9 so I can go back and play them in HD!!!!! Well for $9.99 of course
