conquest was a game that suck all the levels. poor gameplay ,in 16 player 10 were mage looking like harry potter instead of lotr...

Different opinions lamy, in my opinion gameplay is just great and about the 10 mages...if people couldnt stop them its because they probably have lack of skill with any other classes.

i didnt say that i couldnt stop , i like to be a warrior and i always kil 6/7 enemies for game..but the mage with that cheap tricks killed the game for me.

and if most of the people play with them for some reason was... it was like betwen 7 and 10mages, 3 and 5 archers, 1 or 2 warrior and 2 or 3 assassin for game.. when the war of lotr was about archers and warriors.. and the feeling that you should get by mount a horse was simply crushed when you walk and someone with a mage shoot a red light and kill you..

Ah, Lord of the Rings Conquest. That brings back some memories. I wish some of you guys were on the Pandemic Studios forum back then. Aah, those were the days.

At any rate, lamy18, you are sorely mistaken in your anger against Pandemic Studios' addition of wizards. Many years before Frodo left the Shire with the Ring, Rohan, Gondor, Isengard, and Mordor all began training their soldiers in the ways of magic. There were even schools for gifted young ones. There were tens of thousands of Orc Wizards on Sauron's side and many hundreds of Men and Elves that were as powerful as the Istari in regards to magic use. You must have missed that chapter in the book. Gandalf fell into a terrible depression and had to try and face the facts that he was becoming obsolete. It was a great scene between him and Aragorn. You should read it.

U just need to create an account and install Tunngle

Then, after installed in search section write conquest - it u want lotr:conquest, join chat then open game go to multiplayer - local game and u shall see the servers.
Fot BFME2 its the same thing but instead of writing conquest write "middle" for example.

Yes there are some people that like to play campaign with some1 else too.
No it doesnt work with consoles...All console players are now together with the Pc ones - most of them playing with control tho.

Pandemic Forums were fun. I remember criticizing the game left and right seeing its eventual downfall, but most seemed to ignore the clear signals given from the gameplay vids.

Althought I didnt directly use the forums, I did however take a look now and then and your completely right! I remember viewing a forum once and everybody was saying how the game was doomed and wouldnt even last a year, and the fans were going mental saying it would and it would be the best LOTR game so far :P.
