My first impression is I'm growing ever more disenfranchised with Steam. I've got over 50 games on the service and each new one seems to bring more annoyances.
My digital preorder remains locked until 1pm tomorrow afternoon evidently.

Sorry to hear :/ BUT, on the contrary, it is WELL worth the extra wait! I just severed my first head and all the dev videos do NOT do justice to the final blow/slow motion on the enemy. The combat is quite smooth, moving from one orc to the next... VERY impressed so far and haven't even made it out of Fornost yet! You will see soon enough

Your excitement has me excited, me and my friends always look forward to new action rpg's and we had a blast playing the Champions and Dark Alliance games. On top of that all three of us (perfect number for WitN!) are huge Rings fans, so naturally one of our favorite genre developers handling one of our favorite licences made us take note. You will get the hang of it real quick, and the combat is amazing! I can't imagine 2 other humans playing alongside me... Although you have to wait a few hours longer, you will forget everything as soon as you start playing!

You can blame SnowBlind for the release date mess up, apparently they can tell Steam to change the time but they have done nothing.
