    Arrows Stopped Working Against Skeletons

    FYI

    I was playing the first challenge map against the undead on my PS3. Everything was going fine when spontaniously the ranger's arrows stopped working against non-green skeletons with the swords and shields. The arrows still worked against spiders, trolls, archers, zombies and green glowing skeletons with weapons. Not sure why this started up, so much was happening it hard to pin down what I was doing just before this happened. I belive it was the 4th or 5th wave when the issue started. So far I have not had this problem anywhere else.

    Wow, not being able to hit those skeletons with arrows must have left you open to attack, huh? A bit of a beat-down? Sincerely, I hope your wounds weren't of a grave nature! Mah-hah!

    Oh my, I kill myself. Sorry about that - I have experienced similiar problems with Uruk-hai, but they are just occasional. Seems to happen every so often. At any rate, we need to wait for Snowblind to upload the first patch. By all accounts, it will have to be massive.

    Oh you guys. Hehe. My solution was to just switch to the dwarf. Nothing ignores an ax to the face.

    Perhaps it has to do withe the fact that the ones with the shields are using them to BLOCK the arrows?

    I have noticed that when I have a shield equipped and am in block stance, arrows cant get to me either.

    No sorry it has nothing to do with the shields. The skeletons were charging at me swords raises or hacking me appart when the first few arrows failed to affect them. Head shots and shots from behind have no effect either the skeletons do not react in anyway to being shot nor does any sort of damage indicator pop up. Plus the stronger green fire skeletons whom have even more armor and a shield did not "block" any arrows I shot into them. Good thought though.
