Now that the patch is being deployed (Latest information found here)

We want to focus on any users who are still experiencing issues after the patch is applied.

So, as a part of that, all previous Patch Stickies are going to be unstuck, leaving only this one.

If you have applied the patch and are still experiencing an issue, please report it in this thread using the following format:

Which System are you on? (Xbox 360/PS3/Steam/OnLive?)
What issue are you experiencing? I.e. rather than saying "the game stopped working," Please provide details including what is currently happening.
Where in the game did it occur?
What country are you playing in?
Was the issue occurring an identical way before the patch?
Are you playing a NEW game after the patch, or are you continuing your pre-patch game?
How were you playing at the time? (Solo/Local Split Screen/Online/Combo?)
Did the issue resolve itself after turning on and off your console?

I will be monitoring this forum daily, both in the days following the patch, and leading into the holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: This patch will NOT fix the ATI stuttering issues. Those issues specifically have been handed off to ATI and they are partnering with us to work on a fix. I'm leaving the Stuttering Sticky up until we get more information on the resolution of this issue from the ATI team.
