Carn Dum Captain doesn't load! WTF

hey guys i'm a ps3 owner playin LOTR spiltscreen with my brother and the quest is defeat the Carn Dum captain so i go there into this big area and NOTHING HAPPENS. This dramatic music happens and that its. (Im in the grey mountans)

My brother played 1 player on his ps3 at the same location and he had to press X on one of those progession ports you know? Gather your party things?

On my ps3 playing 2 player, that was not there!

I've tried everything, played 1 player, launched game, loaded saved game, i deleted the update/patch to the game and re installed it. Last resort is delete the game off my ps3 but im not doing that fk no!

So what's wrong? Can some one explain everything to me? What's needed to be done?

After seeing how many times this kind of thing has happened to people I consider myself quite lucky that I only came across 1 or 2 small glitches. Since you already downloaded the patch and it didn't work, my best advice would be to try to restart from your last checkpoint orplay online with a different host and see if it works. If NONE of that works try to contact Snowblind or Warner Bros. Customer Service and see if they can provide an answer for you. Yeah i emailed Warner Brothers and i got this answer.

Hello,

Could you please try the following to see if it makes any difference to your issue:

- Select the 'Game Data Utility' under 'Games' in the cross media bar.
- Find the War in the North entry
- press the triangle button.
- Select delete and confirm.

Now try the game again.
