    Andriel secret door finding?

hey everyone, i have just been reading some other threads on here and just found out that Andriel can open secret elvish doorways... is this true? and could someone give an example please? i thought her only ability was to find herbs and craft potions. she was the first character i used to finish the game on normal level, just used farin for heroic and using eradan for legendary to feel them all out. any help would be greatly appreciated. cheers

It's true, in some levels, Andriel will be able to see a blue ward on a wall. If you inspect it, she will say a word in Elvish and the path opens.

I'm not certain about where all these are, but I'm certain that there is one in the Barrow Downs, in the second tomb of the "Sons of Cardolan" quest. (it's the first tomb on your way to the end of the level, but when you clear it the message "Clear a second tomb [completed]" comes up)

The blue wards are pretty small though, and a lot harder to notice than the Dwarf's or Human's ability
A long time ago, a LOTR RPG like this one existed, I came to honour that RPG

You'll find the first one on your right soon after the floor collapses in Fornost. Once you know what to look for, you should be okay.

Hmmm. this is from memory so if I missed one please let me know.
She has 2 in Fornost, 1 in The Barrow-Downs, 1 in the Entmoors, I haven't found any for her in Mirkwood yet. I haven't found any rooms for the Elf @ Mnt. Gundibad, Urgost Lair or Cairn Dun.

The Dwarf has 3 in Fornost, 1 in the Barrows, 1 in Mirkwood( the ranger has a hidden stash in this room so you need a partner to get all the secrets on this level,) & 1 in the Entmoors, 1 in Mnt. Gundibad( needed for Mithril quest,) there are no secret rooms at Urgost Lari or Cairn Dun.

Can't quite remember where it is but Farin does have one on the Grey mountains (the level leading to Urgosts Lair).

I do feel that Andriel has a serious lack of Secret Locations throughout the game, seen as the disappear all together after the Ettenmoors...

D'Oh, yeah he does, it's the large encampment before the bridge, with all the archers & orcs.

Yeah besides finding these secret doorways should be a blast especially since they should be easier to spot with the bright blue Ithildin;(elven language Sindarin meaning 'Star-light or Moon-light' ) etched script. Illuminating like the 'Doors of Durin' in Peter Jackson's LOTR's(Lord of the Rings) FOTR(Fellowship of the Ring).
"Tall as the sea-kings of old, he stood above all that were near; ancient of days he seemed and yet in the flower of manhood; and wisdom sat upon his brow, and strength and healing were in his hands, and a light was about him." Return of the King; Chapter 5, Book 6, The Steward and the King
