Hello guys,
I have just become more aware of what SOPA and PIPA are, but I do not fully understand them yet.
From what I have read, it basically says to me that the USA will be censoring a lot of stuff on the internet and so forth.
What gives them the right to control an international utility which provides many services to people worldwide?
Why can't they do what China do like stop their OWN people from using it as such, instead of planning to ruin it for everyone.
Could someone please explain to me what it will actually do if it gets introduced.
(I am sorry if I have any facts wrong, I just quickly scanned over an article).
