I know the first one is in Fornost Battlements and the final one for me has always come from the Can Dum Captain. Some from chests/boxes and some from drops off magic using types. I recall getting one in a return trp to Ettenmoors so it's possible it's somewhat random.

Well Bushy25 and Bobsmith101 for the Cult of the lidless Eye sidequest to find the scrolls. Heres how I found them during my first run through of the game. 1 is picked up in Fornost, 2 in the Ettenmoors one being in one of those special red and gold trimmed chests the one by the small stream carries it most of the time, One in Mount Gundabad, One is in Mirkwood coming off of the Wulfrum; the sorcerer that follows Agandaûr and is possible to pick up the 6th here to if you do the additional sidequests. But if you get past Mirkwood the last two are in the Urgost lair level with the final scroll coming off the Carn Dûm Captain/Sorcerer. I hope that this helps those complete this crucial time consuming quest.

Well Fellow WIN players here is pic of the rewards on normal playthrough if you are able to find and gather all 7 scrolls for the Cult of the Lidless Eye Quest. I'll update my post for Heroic and Legendary so that you'll able to see each reward list as the difficulty increases.

I'm also including an indepth review of each item since this was a long quest for us WIN players.

    And here is Heroic difficulty

Here is the legendary reward for completing the Cult of the Lidless Eye!

I've also decided to include a pic about the stats for each item.

Personally this is my favorite ring although the 2nd Age ring has come in handy too!

and here now is the final reward and ring for completing the Cult of the Lidless Eye sidequest.
