Hmm just a random question. What are the member ranks and how much posts for each new achieved rank?
Because I saw members,junior members,ringbearers etc.. just curious please don't hitstreak or ranged attack me for this question lol!

Member - Is basically everyone who has signed up for the forums (Council of the North).
Sr. Member - I think you get this around 100 post??? Been a long time but I believe that is when I got mine.
Ringbearer - This is special honor given to people who have been picked by either council members (via nominations) or the SnowBlind team for showing certain qualities. Ex: Very helpful and friendly, knowledgeable about LotR or WitN. You can find more information on the stickied thread referring to Ringbearers and more info in the Nominations thread. Moderator - Someone who was picked by the Snowblind team to help them monitor the forums for Trolls and general maintainence.
Administrator - Member of the Snowblind team in charge of the forums. You will also see other members of SB that have titles like Dev (Developer) etc. they are easily recognised by the colored names, Admin (red), Developer (blue) and the fact that all of their names start with Snowblind.

Actually I believe anyone can volunteer to be a moderator but there are some requirements.

The list above is correct. It's true that anyone could be a moderator and that we're volunteers, but you had to apply a long time ago when SnowblindTina and Sheyla were looking for 2 or 3 moderators. So for the moment, unless Snowblind should decide they need another one, you can't become a mod anymore.
