What platform are you playing on?
Normally, this issue was resolved by a patch that came out in December. If you haven't downloaded that one, try installing it.A long time ago, a LOTR RPG like this one existed, I came to honour that RPG

Depends on your platform.
PS3 and Xbox360 should automatically download the update before you start the game if your console has an internet connection.
Steam and OnLive will do the same thing, but you'll have to go through either one of those programs for anti-piracy reasons.A long time ago, a LOTR RPG like this one existed, I came to honour that RPG
