Hello everyone

This thread is specifically created for the community to help each other resolve PC issues that are user-end and not the game itself.

This thread is not official customer support and the moderators are not employees of WB, so replies to any issues posted here will aim at helping the user in trouble with gathered knowledge from the community.

This is not the thread to rant or complain about bugs or issues, but to try to find workarounds and solutions between ourselves so please keep your postings positive.

There are several workarounds that are already know.

Online Workaround (All Platforms)

This workaround is in most cases able to fix several issues. It is proven to work when progress is impossible and certain AIs don't show up.
The method simply requires you to join up with a multiplayer game.
1) Join up online with someone who has about the same progress as you (a big difference in level or difference in difficulty may lead to the game not saving the progress)
2) Play until you get past the point where you are stuck.
3) Make sure you get to a checkpoint and the game saves your progress.
4) Return to your singleplayer game. You should now start beyond the point you were stuck, at the checkpoint you were last at in the multiplayer game.

Here is my problem

I'm very disappointed that that game has only 2 resolution options so I am stuck with the black columns on the side of the screen which shrink my game window significantly. I need to be able to run it at 1366x768 resolution.

Adding on, the game lags and stutters almost on every turn I make especially on indoor settings and particularly Bree. I tried to lower all my resolution settings with no luck.

I can run games like Crysis 2, Far Cry 2 and Skyrim on max settings with no problem, so this performance is really unacceptable

I recently upgraded my ATI card to the latest version and here is my dxdiag

FYI, I bought it from steam, Also how do I know that my steam is running the latest version of the game ?

I do not play this on PC and am having troubles asking friends who do as we don't talk daily. Have you checked if there is some sort of user interface file in your my documents or whatever registry the game installed to. It would be a text file. If you can find this, you could likely edit the file's resolution to match your screen.

I haven't read any complaints about fixed resolutions so it is very likely something we can fix with some user troubleshooting.

The lag, if you are using an ATI card, is a more complext issue. Some people reported the newest ATI drivers wouldn't fix the game for them until they had either a)completely removed previous drivers and installed fresh or b)done system restarts.

I have a prettu epic rig and I had encountered stuttering and lag with other games and managed to get around it by running the game as administrator, disabling desktop composition, and in some cases assigning processing priority to the game (all three in Sacred 2's case)

Hey all,

So I just bought the game and loaded it up to play the Single Player. Everything works in tell I get to the loading screen which it says "Loading" and then disappear staying on the loading screen forever. Don't know what the issue is and it does this for all the playing modes.

AMD X6 2.8GHz
8GB RAM
XFX Radeon 6950 2gig
Windows 7 Ultimate
